Prayer: The Novena Prayer

Eternal rest grant unto (name), O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. May they rest in peace. Amen. Father of mercy, You know what this person was to me. Hold what I cannot hold; forgive what only You fully know; complete whatever was left unfinished. Bring them swiftly into Your light, where every tear is wiped away — and comfort us who remain, with the certain hope of meeting again. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
