Prayer: Come, Holy Spirit
Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of Thy faithful and enkindle in them the fire of Thy love. Send forth Thy Spirit and they shall be created, and Thou shalt renew the face of the earth. O God, who by the light of the Holy Spirit did instruct the hearts of the faithful, grant that by the same Holy Spirit we may be truly wise and ever rejoice in His consolation. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.

The 7 gifts — one reflection per day
After the prayer, sit with one gift of the Spirit (Is 11:2–3): Wisdom (see as God sees) · Understanding · Counsel (the gut of the Spirit) · Fortitude (holy stubbornness) · Knowledge · Piety (filial love) · Fear of the Lord (awe, not fright). Days 8–9: the fruits (Gal 5:22) and one concrete resolution for Pentecost. Fixed dates: start the Friday after Ascension Thursday, end on Pentecost vigil.
